Flappy Forest is a simple infinite flapping game that I developed to test various Unity Gaming Services components.
It uses Unity Leaderboards, Authentication and Cloud Save to store player progress. Analytics, Remote Config and Game Overrides are used to personalize gameplay options. Addressable Assets and Cloud Content Delivery are used for remote bird skin updates, and Cloud Diagnostics is used to inform me of any bugs or crashes.
I’ve been captivated by the world of technology and gaming since I got my first computer in the early '80s; it was a Sinclair ZX80, if you are curious. That early fascination has since grown into a 30-plus-year career working in and around the games industry.
I've always been driven by a constant desire to learn new stuff and build things—whether it’s a game, an App, a helpful tool, or a demo of some cool new tech. This site is a platform for sharing some of my creations and opinions.
